As a student of history who fought for America when it wasn’t popular to fight for America I want to tell you something and I know YOU don’t understand it – but I want to tell you anyways.

The british saw out patriots as terrorists – the historical record is quite clear on that, it’s not a debatable issue, it’s not nuance, it’s fact. The American native of the pains saw white settlers fencing the lands and water as terrorists – stealing life.

These are facts. You can hide in neoidology but it won’t make you safe, it won’t make you right, and worst of all it won’t make America safe and that is what service is about.

In the end politics is a pile of stinking refuse and a military man that lowers himself to the level of playing in it dishonors himself and abandons his country.

I just read this post and chuckled at your “Golden Book…”!

Bloody! or Blasted! wants to come out and sometimes does, although I have never lived in the UK. And I know it is considered real cursing in there. Or so I have heard. Maybe those words are in my blood, and strong emotions calls up the synapses of my forefathers. Ha!

But somehow in America bloody or blasted just doesn’t seem that bad.

Geeeeeeeeeeeeeez Selby, it was a joke. Gah! I mean, it’s not like I said Tobey Maguire is the next Tom Hanks. Although I would like to see Hanks try and ride a horse like Seabiscuit. No way he’s saddling his rump on that horse.

Well, crap! I guess I’m not surprised though about Spidey-3. Tobey Maguire hasn’t brought his “A” game to the silver screen since Pleasantville.

And I’d rather watch Rowsdower get his buzz harshed by Jar-Jar then sit through another lame comic book Blockbuster seque…oops…one sec…brb…

…okay, sorry. Had to type in my credit card info. I’m buying advance tickets to Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.

Hello, kettle? This is the pot calling. You’re black!

At the same time… Spidey 3 was the worst movie I have seen in a very, very, very long time. And I’m an avid Mystery Science Theater 3000 fan. I would rather watch The Beast of Yucca Flats than endure another Sam Raimi desconstruction of one of my favorite comic book heroes.

That being said (another way to say “at the same time” without being redundant), Lucas is a madman who started losing his mind somewhere between “Empire” and “Jedi” and achieved complete insanity shortly before he started writing The Phantom Menace.
